Since joining the company in 2011, and becoming CEO in 2014, Russ’s vision has elevated Xyngular into a thriving international movement.

A Few Favorites — Russ Fletcher
We asked Russ for a few of his favorite things to share with you. Here were his picks:
Xyngular Product — Trimstix Fruit Punch! You will rarely find me around the office without a bottle of Trimstix in hand.
Movie — I have way too many. Some current favorites are "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington", "To Kill a Mockingbird," and "12 Angry Men." I love politics…can you tell?
Book — As a boy, I loved the "Hardy Boys' series. Those mystery stories helped me begin a love for reading that I still have to this day.
Business Book — "The Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict." I think it is so needed today. A close second is "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey.
Food — Chocolate chip cookies, mint meringues with mini chocolate chips, forget-me-nots…really any type of cookies will do, thank you!
President — President Lincoln—his portrait hangs in my office.
Music — I love Billy Joel and Aaron Copeland, as well as listening to movie scores by Hans Zimmer.
Holiday — Nothing is better than the 4th of July, closely followed by Thanksgiving.
